Work of the Committee
The Subsidiary Legislation Committee is established by
Standing Order 15.
Its functions are to report as necessary on regulations, rules,
by-laws and orders made or given under an Act and laid on the Table
of the House.
The quorum of the Committee is 3 members and the Committee has
power to send for persons, papers and records and to act during a
parliamentary recess.
