Withdrawal of advice
Acting under Article 41(5) of the
Constitution, the President withdrew his advice for dissolution of
Parliament on Thursday 11 April 2013. This means that the
Speaker is not obliged to call a sitting of Parliament under
Article 41 in accordance with the Supreme Court decision of 15
March 2013.
