On Monday, 29th July, an application was made by the
prosecution for a 'Nolle Prosequi' to discontinue proceedings, in
respect to 21 defendants who had each been charged with 'Riot' and
'unlawful assembly' arising from an incident on 19th
July 2013.
The application was granted by the Court and each of the 21
defendants have been discharged.
