Fiji President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau to make state visit to Nauru
Nauru is preparing to welcome
Fiji's President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau and Madam Adi Koila
Nailatikau on a state visit this week (12-14 Feb).
Fiji's presidential delegation will
be met at the Nauru International airport tomorrow (12 Feb)
afternoon by Nauru's President Baron Waqa, Madam Louisa Waqa,
members of Cabinet and senior government officials, where a welcome
reception will also be held.
The official program will include a
Nauru Police Force honour guard parade at the government office, a
meeting with Nauru President Waqa, cabinet ministers and the local
Fijian community on Nauru.
Madam Nailatikau will have a
separate program for part of the day on Thursday 12th
February where she will be accompanied by Nauru's First Lady Madam
Louisa Waqa to visit other sites.
The delegation will depart Nauru
early Friday (14th Feb) morning.
